Bringing with her more than a decade of HR experience as well as a strong passion for helping people grow, Jessica Ricciardi recently joined FCC Services as Human Resources Manager. With overall responsibility for the human resource function at FCC Services, including benefits, payroll, performance management and recruitment and selection, Jessica will work to support FCC Services’ highly dedicated staff.
“I’m looking forward to building strong connections with FCC Services’ employees and impacting their lives in a positive way,” says Jessica. “I’ll be continuing to review policies and programs to make sure they’re the right fit for the employees and the organization.”
Jessica has served in human resources leadership roles at Milender White Construction Company, Connect for Health Colorado, and United Technologies Corporation (formerly Goodrich Corporation). In these roles, she gained broad experience in creating staffing plans, developing benefits and wellness programs, and enhancing corporate culture. She also has extensive experience in establishing recruitment programs, which is critical in the increasingly competitive talent market.
“In today’s environment, in order to attract the most qualified candidates, a company needs to be proactive in reaching out to candidates and marketing what it has to offer beyond just the position,” she says. “At FCC Services, that means promoting our culture of collaboration and commitment, as well as our benefits package that focuses on rewarding achievement while supporting work-life balance.”
Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources and marketing from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and a Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification. She is a member of the Professional Society for Human Resources (SHRM) and the Mile High SHRM chapter.
