2023 ACCELERATOR OF THE YEAR RECIPIENT

Congratulations to Allyson Tjoelker, SVP, YBS and Mission Lending from Capital Farm Credit who has been named the 2023 Accelerator of the Year.

Allyson has been chosen as the 2023 Accelerator of the Year for her significant contributions to her organization. She has been credited with single-handedly rebuilding Capital Farm Credit's YBS lending platform in 2023. She first created a dynamic dashboard to track YBS loan programs and events and then an extensive awareness program, in-person across Texas and online to educate lending teams and customers about Capital Farm Credit's YBS lending program. Recognizing the need for financial literacy tools, she partnered with Farm Credit University to provide Agricultural Business basics to Capital Farm Credit members. To culminate the educational offering, Allyson hosted the first CFC YBS AgriRoots Conference for customers and producers.
