Logan Thomeczek is Vice President of Sales Enablement at Farm Credit Services of America, where he leads enterprise sales enablement initiatives supporting more than 1,000 customer-facing employees across an eight-state territory. Over his 20-year career at FCSA, including more than a decade in leadership, Logan has helped organizations improve sales performance through coaching, technology, data, and AI-enabled solutions. His work includes leading enterprise Salesforce adoption, modernizing commercial capabilities, and building scalable coaching and enablement programs that accelerate seller performance. Logan holds a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Missouri.
