With 17 years of experience at Mid-America, Daniel has overseen the implementation of digital solutions that improve operational efficiency and unify both customer and team member experiences. He is passionate about developing digital channels that allow the organization to serve customers where, when, and how they want to be served — through seamless human and digital interactions. Daniel looks forward to collaborating across the Farm Credit System to address shared challenges.
