The PT Farmer ($1M or less): Developing a Marketing plan and Sales Strategy. In this hands-on workshop, sales leaders will step into a real-world scenario built around a Part-Time Farmer profile—one of the fastest-growing and most complex customer segments in the Farm Credit System. Working in small groups, participants will analyze the customer’s needs, define key sales objectives, and develop a tailored sales and marketing plan. This interactive session is designed to sharpen strategic thinking, strengthen customer alignment, and deliver actionable takeaways you can bring back to your team.
