Patrick is the FCA Credit Program Manager in the Office of Examination. He started his career in May 2006 after graduating from Iowa State University. He was commissioned in 2009 and served as an examiner-in-charge for many years of large and small System institutions. He joined the FCA credit program in 2013 and became the program manager in December 2023. Patrick lives in Northwest Iowa with his wife and four young daughters where is also involved in managing his family's pasture and row crop land holdings.
