Jayson Yano is an Associate Director in Protiviti’s Risk & Compliance practice, based in New York. He specializes in enterprise and operational risk and leads Protiviti’s Global Innovation Program, delivering pragmatic automated and AI-driven solutions. Jayson has led transformative efforts in Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program design, implementation, and execution across multiple financial institutions, including collaborating with technology partners to build an “out-of-the-box” RCSA template within GRC systems. As Innovation Program Manager, Jayson oversees the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions that address client challenges in risk, compliance, and audit functions. He has developed agentic workflows for process mapping, leveraged large language models to enhance risk and control documentation for financial services clients, and delivered additional AI solutions to help clients across industries meet compliance obligations.
