From Risk to Resilience: Crafting a Comprehensive Financial Crimes Risk Management Framework
Drew Parrish is the Assistant General Counsel and Team Leader – Litigation and Recovery for Compeer Financial. His principal responsibilities include supporting Compeer’s Risk Asset Unit, leading the development of its fraud program, and managing outside litigation.
Drew previously worked for the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions where he oversaw investigations of fraud and other financial crimes and represented the department in regulatory and civil enforcement actions, while also supporting criminal prosecutions. He spent several years at the beginning of his career as a civil litigator, with a focus on corporate fraud and similar matters. Later in his career, he served as general counsel for a number of clients, providing legal services in the areas of transactional work, M&A, investigations, employment, and corporate governance.
Drew obtained his B.S. in finance and management from the University of Minnesota (2002) and his law degree from the University of Wisconsin (2006).
