Corrigan Serpa is a Senior Manager within Protiviti’s Risk and Compliance practice, based in the Los Angeles Office. Corrigan has extensive expertise in operational risk management and enterprise risk. She has worked with many financial institutions to assess, design, and enhance comprehensive risk management and compliance programs. Her efforts have driven transformational improvements in operational risk frameworks, including the successful implementation of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) programs at several Fortune 500 companies and other major financial institutions. She is currently the Product Manager for Protiviti’s AI-enabled solutions within Protiviti’s Global Risk and Compliance practice space. She has spearheaded the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI tools that empower clients to streamline processes, gain deeper insights into their risk environments, and achieve greater operational efficiency.
