System customers continue to evolve; from larger farms and agribusiness ventures to increased value-added activities to the growth in capital market activities and similar entity lending, our changing customer profile has created a different set of risks for your association. This session looks at the reputation risk from these new customer profiles and asks whether your organization has formalized its philosophy and procedures for managing the risk from these “Not so Indecent” exposures.
