Amanda Hardin calls many childhood communities’ home and attributes frequent family moves to her skill of building relationships. Louisville, KY is where she planted her roots in family, community and work. Amanda’s entire career has been in Consumer Lending. Whether it be sales, brokerage lending, risk, underwriting, processing, title, closing, funding, post-closing, or loss mitigation; Amanda is known for her ability to identify, create, and cultivate relationships and improvement opportunities through respect, vulnerability, and encouragement. Most recently, Amanda served Rural 1st in aligning roles, responsibilities, and processes, resulting in improved workplace collaboration for Rural 1st Operations, Credit, and Sales team members.
When not serving agriculture and her teammates, Amanda enjoys coaching youth shotgun sports, supporting Maryville Baptist Church’s School and Athletics Ministries, and watching her sons develop into productive, respectful, and engaged members of their communities.
