I currently lead a team of 11 Credit Officers serving Commercial Ag accounts across our 5 state territory. I have been with FCMA for 23 years, most of that time serving in various credit focused roles. I also spent 7 years leading a regional sales team in North East Ohio before moving into my current position. Regardless of roles in Sales or Credit, my focus has always been to work with customers and team members to find a solution for their needs. Having customers and team members that understand the importance of cash flow statements is invaluable. It leads to great conversations, helping the customer identify strengths and weaknesses.
