Capital Farm Credit

Biography

I believe great financial institutions are built by by executing well on fundamentals, developing great people, maintaining disciplined credit cultures, and never losing sight of the customers and communities we serve.

Throughout my career in agricultural and commercial finance, I have been privileged to lead teams dedicated to helping producers, agribusinesses, and rural communities achieve long-term success. My experience spans agricultural, agribusiness, commercial, and rural real estate lending, with increasing executive leadership responsibilities focused on strategy, organizational performance, talent development, and sustainable growth.

Today, I provide executive leadership for Capital Farm Credit's retail lending organization, supporting teams that serve customers across 63 offices throughout Texas. Our portfolio reflects the remarkable diversity of Texas agriculture—from cattle and cotton to specialty crops, timber, aquaculture, and rural infrastructure. My focus extends well beyond portfolio performance. I am passionate about building high-performing teams, developing future leaders, improving organizational effectiveness, and ensuring that every decision strengthens both our customer relationships and our cooperative.

As a leader, I believe lasting success is measured not only by financial results, but also by the strength of an organization's culture, the caliber of its people, and the trust it earns with customers, employees, regulators, and community stakeholders. I enjoy working across disciplines to solve complex challenges, develop strategic initiatives, and position organizations for long-term success while maintaining sound credit quality and prudent risk management.

Beyond my professional responsibilities, I remain actively engaged in industry, community, and civic leadership. Those experiences have reinforced my belief that agriculture remains one of America's most important industries and that strong financial institutions play a vital role in helping rural communities prosper for generations.

As the financial services industry continues to evolve, I remain committed to serving agriculture through strategic leadership, innovation, disciplined execution, and the development of exceptional teams that create lasting value for customers, employees, and the cooperative.
