Attendees will examine how the organization's mission and values have adapted to changing agricultural landscapes and customer needs. The discussion includes branding, communication strategies, and aligning organizational identity with modern challenges. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of their role in shaping the Farm Credit narrative.

Learner Outcomes:

  1. Participants will be able to articulate the historical mission and evolution of the Farm Credit System and explain how its cooperative structure continues to be a value to customers beyond "financial participation".
  2. Participants will acknowledge key challenges and industry trends impacting agriculture and agricultural lending, connecting Farm Credit to the solutions we bring to rural communities.
