Session Description

Systemic Risk Assessment Tabletop Working Session

Wednesday, November 19, 2025

9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

This session provides a hands-on opportunity to engage with the Systemic Risk Assessment (SRA) process. Participants will hear from members of the System Risk Workgroup on the purpose, structure, and evolution of the SRA, including how risk events are identified, assessed, and ranked using input from across the System. The session will include a tabletop exercise to review key risks from the 2024 assessment and discuss how those risks impact institutions across the System. Participants will be invited to share perspectives and ideas for how the SRA can continue to reflect emerging risks and support system-wide risk management efforts.

Learner Outcomes:

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  1. Explain the purpose and structure of the Systemic Risk Assessment, including how risks are scored and prioritized.
  2. Identify the top risks from the 2024 SRA and how they may affect individual institutions and the System as a whole.
  3. Participate in a tabletop exercise to discuss risk implications and provide input on future risk monitoring and response strategies.
