Participants will explore how different working geniuses show up across a team, where gaps or frustrations can emerge, and how greater awareness of individual strengths can improve collaboration and performance. Through deeper discussion and practical application, participants will consider how to better align people, responsibilities, and work to create healthier, more productive teams.

LEARNING OUTCOMES:
