This session will walk through the data analytics maturity lifecycle, including "descriptive", "predictive", and "prescriptive" analytics. We will assess the current landscape in terms of where System ACAs are on this roadmap and discuss what steps are required to get to the next phase of the lifecycle. Finally, we will discuss how to correctly think about the probabilities and uncertainty we face in our everyday decision making, and what the common pitfalls are that lead us to making the incorrect decision.
